1. Cancellation
You may cancel your premium subscription at any time. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term. After cancellation, you will retain access to the premium features until the end of your billing cycle.
2. Refund Policy
All subscription payments are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial-month subscription periods or unwatched/unread stories. This applies to all tiers and plans.
3. Exceptions
If you believe you have been billed in error, please contact our support team within 7 days of the charge date to dispute the charge.
4. Changes to Service
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service with or without notice. No refunds will be provided in such instances.
